RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Any new purchase order contract totaling a minimum of $3,500.00 and then in increments of that amount entitles one entry into the drawing.  In other words, $3,500.00 gets one entry, $7,000.00 gets two entries, $10,500.00 gets 3 entries and so on. 
2. This drawing is opened to any type of customer, example: Repair Facility, R&D Research, Contract Manufacturer, O.E.M., Distributor, etc.
3. There are a approximately a total of 118 working days in the drawing.  (Maximum amount of entries per purchasing agent is 150).
4. No substitutions.
5. Any company who does not allow the acceptance of gifts can donate the prize to a charity of their choice.  This prize can also be used as a giveaway gift at your company's party.
6. The drawing will be held on December 28th at 4:00 pm PST.
7. Winners will be contacted by phone.
