Methods of Payment
Tru-Tronics offers a number of payment methods to process your order in a fast and simple way. Below is a list of payment methods accepted by Tru-Tronics:

• C.O.D.
• Credit Card
• WireTransfer
• Money Order
• Company Check
• Cashiers/Certified Check
• Credit Terms (Qualified Customers Only)

To Place an Order
After you receive a quote from your salesperson, choose your form of payment:

• If the order is going to be C.O.D. then we require a hard copy Purchase Order. We accept Purchase Orders by fax at (702) 645-3174 or you can email it to chris@trutronics.com

• If you would like to pay by Credit Card, you may download our Credit Card Authorization Form shown below.  (If you don't feel comfortable faxing the credit card number, just exclude the card number on the fax and your sales rep will call you for it). To ensure your order is promptly and correctly entered into our system no orders will be processed until we receive a Purchase Order or Credit Card Authorization Form. Please fax all orders to (702) 645-3174.

Credit Cards
Tru-Tronics gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. By using your credit card your order can be expedited quickly and worry free. Our credit cards are processed off-line in a safe and secure manner. We offer credit card payment for your convenience, we impose a 3% convenience fee on all credit card orders. Ask your sales rep for all the details!

Credit Card Authorization Form
To place an order by Credit Card please print this form, fill it out completely, sign, date and fax it to (702) 645-3174.. This form is in Adobe Acrobat format (.pdf).  If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, below is free download instructions.

Wire Transfers
Wire Transfers are just another payment option you have when placing an order with Tru-Tronics. By sending a Wire Transfer you get the peace of mind knowing that your funds are safely and accurately deposited into our account. Please be sure to add any costs charged by your bank, so the correct amount is transferred to our account. Below you will find the information you need to send us a Wire Transfer. Please reference our invoice number on all transfers!
